Halloween costume how-to: White t-shirt + skinny jeans + cell phone
DIY it: Start with a plain white T-shirt and draw lines along the front about two or three inches apart so that the shirt looks like a piece of loose leaf paper. On one of the top lines, write “Call Me?” in big letters. Draw a box on the next line with the word “yes,” a box with the word “no,” on the line below, and then a box with “maybe” in the line under that. Draw a big check in that “maybe” box, doodle hearts, number signs and question marks everywhere else.
