DIY: Cut gold stars out of felt or fabric and glue long, colorful ribbons onto the backs. Use safety pins to secure stars onto your clothes and tie the leftover ribbons into your hair so that they fall at the same length as your locks. Finish off with some glittery hairspray, shimmery body lotion and some sparkly eye shadow and nail polish.
